About HRyouserious 😂

We're what happens when HR professionals discover they can be funny on the internet.

Our Vibe ✨

Relatable, witty, slightly chaotic (but smart underneath). Think TikTok meets Slack memes meets Duolingo sass—but for HR.

HRyouserious was born from the collective exhaustion of HR professionals everywhere. After years of reading dry compliance newsletters and sitting through mandatory training that made us question our life choices, we decided: enough.

We cover real HR topics—employment law, compliance, workplace safety, hiring, employee relations—but we do it differently. We lead with humor because we know that behind every "per my last email" is a human being who just wants to survive another open enrollment season.

We scour Reddit communities like r/humanresources, r/AskHR, r/antiwork, and more to find the real stories. We analyze the real policies. And we present it all in a way that makes you laugh, think, and maybe update your employee handbook.
